Singer of “Let It Go” comes to Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh – The International pop star Demi Lovato is coming to Phnom Penh to perform a free concert on May 05.

The 22-year-old American singer becomes well-known for her songs such as “Let It Go,” “Heart Attack,” “Skyscraper” and her latest single “Nightingale.”

The concert, organized by Cambodian telco Smart Axiata and Universal Music, is expected to draw more than 35,000 Cambodian fans in the city, according to the Phnom Penh Post.

Lovato’s decision to Cambodia was influenced by a campaign of Demi Lovato Cambodia Fan Club. The club, who has over 23,000 followers, has been posting an image on Smart’s Facebook page, requesting them to bring her to the Kingdom.

Lovato herself posted a video on April 3, responding to the campaign, “It excites me so much that I have so many fans in Cambodia asking me to come to Phnom Penh.”

The concert is part of the ‘Demi Lovato: Demi World Tour’ after her concerts in Singapore, Manilaand Kuala Lumpur. Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoVZT-SxlCQ
